Everything you need to know about how your print gets from us to you.
Print Production
All prints are made to order using professional archival printing. Because each print is produced specifically for you, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Shipping anywhere in Australia is a $29 flat rate, and orders of $499 and over ship free. Orders are sent via tracked courier from Victoria. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been sent.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. Unframed prints travel rolled in a rigid protective tube, so they reach almost any destination safely. Because international freight varies widely by location, we quote it individually: contact us before ordering with the print, size, and destination country, and we'll reply with an accurate shipping cost. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local customs processing. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Prints are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Unframed prints are rolled and shipped in rigid protective tubes, the same way they travel overseas. Framed prints are wrapped and boxed with protective foam and ship within Australia. For a framed piece overseas, we recommend having your rolled print framed locally, or contact us for a custom freight quote.
Returns & Damage
Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
