Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your print gets from us to you.
Print Production
All prints are made to order using professional archival printing. Because each print is produced specifically for you, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders within Australia are shipped via tracked courier from Victoria. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been sent.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on request. Please contact us before placing an order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote for your location. International delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local customs processing.
Packaging
Prints are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Unframed prints are rolled and shipped in rigid protective tubes. Framed prints are available on request and are wrapped and boxed with protective foam.
Returns & Damage
Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
